Invaders from Beyond Event: Rewards 2026 incl Fasnacht Masks

New Info: Glowing Fasnacht Masks
From 20th Sept to 21st Sept 2025 12 a.m. ET glowing fasnacht masks can drop from General Zeta during the event. This was just officially announced by Bethesda. (Source: X)
The event "Invaders from Beyond" is a public event and, like every seasonal event (e.g. Fastnacht, Meat Week, Mottenmann Equinox...), always takes place on the full hour . In addition, the aliens also appear in a few other places in the game during the alien season. More on that below.
There is no fixed location this time. The aliens can attack us in the following locations:
- Charleston Capitol Building
- Wavy Willard's water park
- Dyer Chemical
- Garrahan Mining Headquarters
- Monongah
- Sparse Sundew Grove

PROCESS
During the event, you will receive your instructions from Homer Saperstein. As with the daily operations, you will receive information about the next station via radio.
There are different types of enemies: Aliens, Alien Invaders and Alien Drones.
Every hour on the hour a UFO hovers over one of the respective locations.
The process takes place as follows:
- Examine the alien device
- Repel the aliens and Major Moon
- Destroy the 3 alien research devices and defeat Colonel Cosmic
- Go to the center of the invasion
- Defeat General Zeta (Legendary 4 Stars)
- Can drop all 4 Stars Mods (except "Thrill-Seekers")
- Partycrasher: After the end there is a 33% chance 4* Bigfoot will spawn

Rare Fasnacht Masks from General Zeta
The last Fasnacht event already featured new masks, and the lists have been reorganized so that only the glowing masks are truly rare. Now there's another change. General Zeta, the boss alien from the "Invaders from Beyond" event, now also has a 5% chance of dropping rare fasnacht masks. However, in addition to the 5% chance, there is another variable that is currently set to 0. We'll see if it will be activated on the server side and General Zeta will now drop rare fasnacht masks.
Update (21st Sept 2025): The Drop Chance was set high above 5% on server-side. We currently see 100% Drop Chance from General Zeta. The masks were dropping from 20th Sept 2025 12am ET to 21st Sept 2025 12am ET.
MORE ALIEN RANDOM ENCOUNTERS
During the season of the "Attackers from Space" event, you will not only meet the aliens at the event, but also as random encounters all over the world as well as at the following events:
- Free Range
- Line in the Sand
- Campfire Tales
At these events, the aliens completely replace the normal opponents and the sky is colored like in the main event.
