New Expedition: The Human Condition
In the new Atlantic City Expedition "The Human Condition" you travel to the new Flooded City Center and help the Muni faction and Mayor Tim fight against the Overgrown, find supplies, activate Terminals, etc. The final battle also takes place against Overgrowns, not against the Jersey Devil as has often been assumed.
Youtube Video of Expedition "The Human Condition":
Note: The PITT expedition "Poke the Beehive" was not playable on the PTS and was previously only visible in the game files. So it probably won't be released with Patch 50.
Free Exploration of Atlantic City
In addition to the new and old expeditions, you now also have the opportunity to simply visit the area and explore freely, regardless of an expedition. This is also required in some of the new quests.

4 new Main Quests
The 4 new main quests take you to Atlantic City and involve you in the mafia's machinations in connection with the drug "Devils Blood", which is obtained from the blood of the "Jersey Devil" and his offspring. You will visit places in Appalachia as well as in Atlantic City (without an expedition).
As a reward for these quests you will receive the new plans for the new "Civil Engineer Armor" (formerly known as "Muni Armor"). The plans are spread across all quests.
These main quests are waiting you:
- Opportunity Knocking
- The world is a stage
- Honor Bound
- Sins of the Father
In this Quest you will meet the Jersey Devil in the end.
To activate the first main quest, you can read the new "Nightclub Advertising Poster" at every train station.
If you are curious about the new quests or if you get stuck in a quest later, you can find the complete quests here:

4 New Sidequests
The new side quests can be activated via the new posters in the Whitespring Refuge. In the responder's room with the storage crates.
The following new side quests are available:
- Hells Eagles
- Custodial Compulsions
- A Grand Reopening
Could not be tested on PTS. - Regent of the Dead
You can also watch the new side quests (except for one) as a complete walkthrough in the following YouTube videos.

New Season Method & 1st Pass (Battlepass)
In Season 16, Bethesda is saying goodbye to the old game boards. Instead, the rewards are listed page by page on 13 pages plus bonus pages.
The usual challenges will remain. By completing the challenges you will receive SCORE points. These SCORE points in turn increase your score rank. You will then receive 25 tickets per rank. These tickets are a new currency for you to then choose rewards for the season. This means you can only choose the rewards that you want.
The tickets are only valid in the respective season. As before, ranks can also be purchased with atoms.
For the first time there will now be a season pass with which the 1st rewards can be unlocked without subscribing to 1st. If you need longer than 1 month for the season and don't want a 1st subscription, this is now an alternative. Of course, you can still simply take out a Fallout 1st subscription and get free atoms, private worlds, plus the rewards.
The atoms of the season are now divided differently. In previous seasons there were a total of 2000 Atoms excluding Fallout 1st. In season 16 there are 1000 atoms without 1st and 1000 atoms with 1st, so a total of 2000. The repeating 100 atoms after rank 100 no longer exist either. Here is an example page with rewards. You can find more information including all known sites in the linked posts under this screenshot.

As I have already calculated the ticket prices in the linked post, there are no major differences to the previous game boards, as it currently seems. Here too, we won't have any problems getting all the rewards with our previous style of play. This time a rank above 150 is also worthwhile, as there are rewards in season 16 to rank 150.

Original description on PTS:
Each new Season offers a collection of themed rewards that are available to be claimed only for the duration of the Season. Complete in-game activities to earn S.C.O.R.E. and Rank Up. Each Rank earned grants you Tickets that you can redeem to claim Season Rewards.
Complete Challenges to earn S.C.O.R.E.Earn S.C.O.R.E. by completing Challenges. Challenges are given daily and weekly and require completing a variety of in-game activities such as killing certain types of creatures or finding and collecting items in the world.
Ranking UpWhen you accumulate enough S.C.O.R.E. you will Rank Up. Each new Rank you earn grants you 25 Tickets.
It is also possible to purchase Ranks for 150 Atoms per Rank up to Rank 100.
You can continue to earn S.C.O.R.E. and Rank Up beyond Rank 100.
Redeem Tickets to claim Season RewardsThe Tickets you earn from ranking up can be redeemed for rewards on the Seasons screen.
Access the Seasons screen from the Main Menu or from within game by pressing [Map] to open your Map, then [LShoulder] to open the Main Menu and selecting "Seasons".
Seasons Rewards are listed across multiple pages with each page containing several rewards. Access to the first page of rewards is automatic. A Access additional pages by Ranking Up to the required Season Rank.
You can claim any available rewards by redeeming the required number of Tickets. The Tickets required for each Season Reward vary, with smaller rewards typically requiring fewer Tickets than larger rewards. Occasionally rewards may require 0 Tickets and are free to claim as soon as the page is unlocked.
Fallout First Season RewardsThe Fallout First Season Rewards for a particular Season are only available to players with an active Fallout 1st subscription during the relevant Season or players that have purchased the specific Fallout First Season Pass. To claim these rewards you must also have access to the page they are on and have enough Tickets to redeem the reward.
End of SeasonA Season Pass will apply to a specific Season and will expire at the end of that Season. Rewards and Season Rank are unique to the specific Season and therefore, when a Season ends, any unclaimed Rewards will no longer be available and a player's Season Rank progress and Ticket balance accumulated in one Season will not carry onto the next Season.

Season / Scoreboard: New Weapon "Cremator"
The Cremator is a new heavy weapon that you can receive as a reward in Season 16. This is a variant of the flamethrower, except that it shoots fireballs. So you can use perk cards for heavy weapons. The Flamer Thrower is an energy weapon, but the scientists still don't count perks for heavier energy weapons. You can of course use batteries included.
You will also receive the following mods in season 16:
- Chemical Color Mods (Cremator)
- Double Shot and Multi Shot Barrel Mods (Cremator)
- Heavy Mod (Cremator)

New Armor "Civil Engineer Armor" (former. Muni Armor)
Many people still know the new civil engineer armor as “muni armor”. The armor is divided into rewards for the new main quests in the form of plans.
The armor includes arms, legs, torso and a helmet. The set bonus applies as soon as the arms, legs and torso are equipped, helmet is not relevant here.
Set Bonus:
- 10% chance of 150 Fire DMG to Melee Attackers.
- Weapons break 35% slower.
There are all the usual mods for the armor, as well as for other armor and there is a jetpack. Here are a few more key points:
- The crafted Civil Engineer Armor can be traded.
- The Civil Engineer Armor can also be rolled with any legendary effects: Legendary Crafting.
- The armor is only available at levels 40 and 50.
(There was also a level 60 version on the PTS initially) - Mod plans are available from Guiseppe in the Whitespring Refuge in exchange for stamps and also as rewards from the Atlantic City Expeditions.

New Underarmor: "Civil Engineer Underarmor"
The plan for the civil engineer underarmor is available from Guiseppe in the Whitespring Refuge and as a reward in the new expedition "The Human Condition".
SPECIAL bonus with shielded lining:
- STR +2
- PER +1
- END +2
Resistances (shielded lining):
- Phys: 5
- Energy: 9
- Fire: 5
- RAD: 8
Unfortunately, apart from its fire resistance, it is of little interest to most players.
