Ghoul Perks: All new Perk Cards for Ghouls

The new playable ghoul can currently be tested on the current PTS (Public Test Server). You can become a ghoul yourself. This not only brings visual changes, but also new abilities and the "Feral Meter", which represents your "glow" above 100% health. Of course, there are also numerous new perk cards and 2 new legendary perks. These ghoul perks often work with the "glow" and help to strengthen related effects. Most of the old perks can also be used together with the ghoul perks. Only some that have to do with hunger and thirst, for example, cannot be used because the ghoul is not hungry or thirsty.
Glow & High Glow
"High Glow" means a value of 180 or more. The glow is your Ghoul Shield, which reflects your hit point bar and is increased by radiation intake. So, if you have 240 HP and your Glow bar is 75% or more full, your value is above or equal to 180 and you have "high glow." Of course, if you have more HP, this percentage will decrease.
All new ghoul perk cards
Arms of Steel (Strength)
Your sturdy arms allow you to reduce ranged weapon recoil, increasing accuracy by 15/30%.
Bone Shatterer (Strength)
Your melee weapon attacks have a 15/30/45% chance to cripple a limb.
Brick Wall (Strength)
When your Glow is high, makes you immune to staggering attacks.
Datamining: High Glow: >=180
Radioactive Strength (Strength)
Expend a Moderate amount of Glow to deal 50/100/150% more damage with Power Attacks & Bashing.
Note: This perk currently works with automatic melee weapons. However, this is a bug and not intended. Its intended use of glow is very high, making it unusable for automatic melee weapons.
Breathe It In (Perception)
Rad Resistance is reduced by 50/100/150.
Eye of the Hunter (Perception)
Your vision allows you +20%/+25%/+30% accurate in V.A.T.S. from a slightly longer/longer/very long distance.
Rad-Reaver (Perception)
Dealing non-automatic melee damage provides a small amount of Glow.
Glowing Hunter (Perception)
Traces of glowing blood now have a 50% chance to appear on animal corpses.
Glowing Gut (Endurance)
Irradiated food and drink grant 100/200/300% more rads.
Radiation Power (Endurance)
Expend a small amount of Glow per hit to deal 10/15/20% bonus damage to targets.
Thick Skin (Endurance)
You take less/more less/significantly less damage from Ballistic attacks. (No Power Armor)
Chem Diet (Endurance)
Chems are 25/50/75% more effective at reducing how feral you are.
Feral Presence (Charisma)
While Feral, Reduce your target's damage output by 15/30% after you attack for 5 seconds.
United Ordeal (Charisma)
While in a team with another ghoul, you gain +1/2/3 to all S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
Moral Support (Charisma)
When on a team, you become feral 50% slower.
Glowing One (Charisma)
Holding Large amounts of Glow provides Glow/greater Glow to nearby ghouls on your team.
Mad Scientist (Intelligence)
Energy Weapons expend a small amount of Glow per attack for +10/15/20% Damage .
(Not on Power Attack)
Rad Specialist (Intelligence)
* Reduce 15% Rad Resistance on Armor & Power Armor, Double if wearing a matching set.
** Reduce 20% Rad Resistance on Armor & Power Armor, Double if wearing a matching set.
*** Reduce 25% Rad Resistance on armor, Double if wearing a matching armor set.
Bomb Scientist (Intelligence)
Expending Glow makes your thrown grenades' deal +20/35/50% damage.
Science Monster (Intelligence)
While you have Glow, gain 5/10/15% bonus damage for 10 seconds upon getting hit.
Action Ghoul (Agility)
The power of Glow makes your AP regenerate 15/30/45% faster.
Jaguar Speed (Agility)
You now sprint 10/20% faster when your Glow is high.

Gun Tricks (Agility)
Your enhanced reflexes allow you to reload weapons 10/20/30% faster.
Hyper Reflexes (Agility)
When your Glow is high, gain a 10/15/20% evasion chance. (No Power Armor)
Battle-Genes (Luck)
Gain 2/4 HP per second while in combat.
Glowing Criticals (Luck)
When your Glow is high, Gain 20/35/50% bonus Critical damage in V.A.T.S.

Faulty Spots (Luck)
Weak point damage is increased by 15%.
Wild West Hands (Glück)
12/24/36% chance to instantly reload your entire magazine when empty.
New Legendary Perks for Ghouls
Action Diet
* On kills, heal 2 HP and reduce how feral you are by 2%.
** On kills, heal 4 HP and reduce how feral you are by 3%.
*** On kills, heal 6 HP and reduce how feral you are by 4%.
**** On kills, heal 8 HP and reduce how feral you are by 5%.
Feral Rage
* When feral, all Glow perk abilities cost 20% less Glow.
** When feral, all Glow perk abilities cost 30% less Glow.
*** When feral, all Glow perk abilities cost 40% less Glow.
**** When feral, all Glow perk abilities cost 50% less Glow.
