Nuka Knights

Nuka Knights represents more than just Fallout 76 content—beyond videos and data mining, it is a community. This is the place to be if you want to stay up to date with Fallout 76. You can find all current schedules—extending well beyond the community calendar—in our database. Through insider articles and data mining, you’ll discover what the future holds and what really lies behind Fallout 76’s features.

Our articles and videos are shared across our social media channels, where lively discussions take place.

Discussions are already happening here on nukaknights.com in the comments sections below our articles, and we aim to expand this significantly. We’ve been working hard over the past few months to offer you plenty of ways to get involved in the community.

The Nuka Knights concept doesn't focus on specific social networks like YouTube or Facebook alone; these platforms serve merely as tools to distribute Nuka Knights content. If you prefer not to use social media, you are welcome to participate directly here on the platform—independent of major corporations and their rules.

Improved Comments

First, I’ve significantly improved the comment sections for articles, events, and more. You can now upvote or downvote comments you like. You can tag other users using the @ symbol, and they will receive a notification. You can also reply directly to any comment. If you have the app installed, you can receive push notifications for all these activities.

Apps & Push Notifications

The Nuka Knights Android app now supports push notifications and includes numerous improvements, such as a bottom navigation bar similar to Instagram's. The bottom bar also features a loading indicator; this means that if content is still loading, a loading icon appears in the bar instead of the home icon. You have full control over all notifications, whether via email or push. If you don’t want to receive push notifications, you can simply turn them off in your profile settings under "Notifications."

We’ve also made significant updates to the Nuka Knights iOS app. I purchased hardware and a paid developer account specifically for app development. To give you a rough idea, these investments have already totaled nearly €800. The app is finished but is currently being blocked by Apple. On Android, you can simply log in using your desktop account and activate premium features via PayPal. Apple does not allow this, as they only accept Apple Pay. I am now working on an alternative approach for the iOS version so I can make the app available to you.

Direct Messages

Since Nuka Knights is a full-fledged community, you have the option to communicate directly with one another and exchange direct messages. You can do this on desktop, in the apps, or via the mobile version. The apps also allow you to receive push notifications for new direct messages.

You can send images, links, and emojis within direct messages, and react to messages. Messages feature a "read" status, and you can see when the person you are chatting with is typing a new message.

Of course, you also have the option to decline incoming messages entirely, block specific users, or report messages if necessary.

I believe this feature will become very interesting for the community here.

Events & Fallout 76 Maintenance

There are further improvements to the events section. Event schedules on the homepage are now displayed more clearly; on tablets and desktops, they include community actions such as liking, commenting, and favoriting.

The event detail view links to relevant articles and videos. You can use the comment function right there, and I have even expanded the features for maintenance events related to game updates.

For update events, an estimated maintenance duration is now displayed based on all previous maintenance periods. Additionally, you can view the duration of many past maintenance sessions in an overlay, allowing you to make your own estimate.

Community Hub

Also new is the Community Hub. This is a new section offering interactive features for all registered Nuka Knights members. The Community Hub overview displays new posts from members, new "Hot or Not" uploads, current polls, and new members. Using the new member list and search function, you can find other members and, for example, send them a private message.

Community Posts

Community posts give you the chance to ask Nuka Knights specific questions or simply share your Fallout 76 experiences and tips with the community. Naturally, you can also include images in your posts.

"Hot or Not?" Uploads

"Hot or Not" uploads are essentially images of other players' characters; you can add descriptions—such as the outfit the character is wearing—to them. Community members can scroll through the images and "like" the ones that appeal to them. Images with the most likes are highlighted on the Community homepage. Of course, these uploads can also be shared on social media.

Fallout 76 Polls

Polls are created by the team, though you can suggest new polls via posts. In addition to casting your vote, you can leave comments to delve deeper into the poll's topic beyond just a single click.

More features will be added in the future. If you have suggestions, feel free to create a post.

Premium: Reward Lists & Minerva Shopping List

If you decide to support Nuka Knights with a subscription, a Plus or Prime account grants you access to additional features. For instance, you can track event rewards using checklists in your profile.

The reward lists have become even more versatile, now offering several new filters and display options.

List View

You can now switch between tile view and list view for reward and vendor lists. Your preference is saved individually for each list in your profile.

"Unlearned Only" View

Across all lists—including legendary mods—you can now toggle the view to show only the entries you haven't learned yet. For example, this lets you see just the legendary mods you haven't learned or the rewards you haven't yet obtained.

Minerva Shopping List

On all Minerva lists, you'll now find a "shopping cart" button next to items you haven't learned yet. Use this button to save items to your Minerva shopping list, which can be found within your checklists. All saved items are listed there, organized by category and showing the next available date.
And unless you've disabled it in your profile, you'll receive a notification as soon as your desired items become available from Minerva in Fallout 76!

Checklists

You can access the checklists directly via a button in the page header (on desktop) or the fixed bottom bar (on mobile). The checklist overview includes all legendary mods, all saved reward lists, as well as all Minerva lists and your Minerva shopping list.

Recent Subscription Updates:

Pause: You’ve been able to pause your subscription for a few months now. In the "Subscriptions" section of your profile, you can pause your active plan until you decide to resume it.
Plan Changes: You can also upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. So, it’s no problem to switch to "Prime" for a month and then back to "Ad-Free"—it’s entirely up to you.

Challenges on the home page

The home page displays not only the daily operations and the monthly Axolotl as widgets but also all the daily and weekly challenges for Fallout 76.
