Sugar Bombs - All Locations incl. Map
Sugar Bombs are a package of sweet cereal that supposedly provides 100% of your daily recommended sugar intake. Sugar Bombs were preserved to be consumed 25 years after the Great War. However, most packages have since been affected by radiation. There is also a rarer, clean version, but it cannot be used for cooking. Only Sugar Bombs with radiation can be used for cooking.
You can use Sugar Bombs (with radiation) for the following recipes:

Locations with Sugar Bomb Spawns

Clean Sugar Bombs
Sugar bombs without radiation are rarer and are not included in the list above. They can also be crafted using the machines at the Sunshine Meadows Industrial Farm workshop. Unfortunately, they are not suitable for cooking because they lack radiation.

If you own a Collectron, you can set the resource of another Collectron. For example, you can build the Santatron and set the resource of the Fastnacht Collectron at the terminal to be collected.
