The Slasher: Pint-Sized Slasher Event (All Rewards)
The Pint-Sized Slasher is a dark pre-War legend from the Fallout universe. The alleged serial killer was said to be responsible for the Linden Street slayings in 2052 and was depicted wearing a distinctive clown mask, a black-and-white striped shirt, jeans, and carrying a knife. Whether the Pint-Sized Slasher actually existed or was merely an urban legend was never conclusively established.
In Fallout 3, the character is referenced prominently during the “Tranquility Lane” quest, where the player can wear the Pint-Sized Slasher costume and mask. The character was later referenced again in other Fallout titles and now finds it's way with it's own questline and seasonal event in Fallout 76.
With Patch 70 and Season 26, the new seasonal event "The Slasher" arrives in the game in September 2026 including a new questline. This time, the content isn't just a short mini-season spanning 14 days; instead, it integrates into all the various areas of Fallout 76 that you encounter on a daily basis.

Seasonal: The Slasher
Keep Appalachia safe from the followers of the Pint-Sized Slasher.
The new season kicks off with the new overarching quest, "The Slasher." It includes four stages of the "Pint-sized Slasher" questline. As you can see from the weekly stages, these activities are tied to the quest's progression.
It all begins with the quest:
The Slasher: Masked Truth
Investigate the masked corpses left in the wake of a mysterious group's arrival.
From this point on, you will encounter the Pint-Sized Slasher's followers all over Appalachia. This includes several new random encounters with them.
In the first quest, you receive a broadcast about a group that is killing innocent people and put Slasher-Masks on them. You need to find these victims to find notes about the murderers.
Important: The victims carry no loot; you receive notes when you take the mask.

The Slasher: Quest Rewards
You receive these rewards from the 4 quests of the questline.
During this quest, as previously mentioned, you will frequently encounter the followers of the pint-sized slasher known as "Pint-Sized Phantom" throughout Appalachia. They of them carry "Pint-sized Phantom Loot" by 10% chance. You can open these to receive a reward, much like with Spooky Treat Bags or Holiday Gifts. These are also not tradeable.

Repeatable: Disturbed Graves
After you have completed the first weeks quest you start the next quest in the line called:
The Slasher: Secrets to the Grave
Investigate the graves disturbed by the Pint-Sized Phantoms.
Your task is now to complete events or activities to get Pint-Sized Phantoms` Maps. These maps mark graves that you can investigate.
Tip: Have a shovel with you.
While investigating the graves you complete this repeatable quest:

Find the odd treasures left by the Pint-Sized Phantoms.
Also while investigating the graves you can meet pint-sized phantoms that can drop pint-sized phantom loot.

Daily Ops
Pint-Sized Phantoms and the Pint-Sized Slasher have also made themselves at home in Daily Ops. You will encounter these new enemies there during the season as well.
There are a few seasonal rewards. But the phantoms like all other enemies in the mode, they drop only ammo and Stimpaks.

That said, there are also some new rewards in Daily Ops, independent of the Slasher season.
Infestations
Pint-sized Phantoms and the Pint-Sized Slasher also await you at the Infestations. The active zones of the Infestations no longer feature a green circle, but a cloud instead.
There are new rewards from the Infestation Boss for the Slasher Season.

Mischief Night
During the "Mischief Night" event, you will also encounter Pocket Phantoms and the Pocket Slasher. The event itself does not feature seasonal rewards from the Slasher. However, there is a new seasonal Party Crasher: the Uninvited Pint-Sized Phantom. This new Party Crasher brings new rewards for you. Its spawn rate is controlled by Bethesda; let's hope for a high chance.

Ultra Rare
Spooky Scorched
There are a few seasonal rewards for Spooky Scorched. However, Pint-Sized Phantoms can spawn among them. This means you have a 10% chance of getting Pint-Sized Phantom loot. On the PTS, however, the Phantoms were usually not legendary.
Ultimately, this doesn't look like an improvement right now. While Spooky Scorched always carry a loot bag, that isn't the case with the Phantoms. You also lose out on the guaranteed legendary item. I hope this gets adjusted.
Important: The seasonal slasher rewards only drop from pint-sized phantoms who wear a Pint-Sized Slasher Mask that spawn beside the spooky scorched. Not from normal spooky scorched!

Head Hunts
Bounty Hunts mark the conclusion of the Slasher season. As with "Mischief Night", nothing changes during the event itself. However, a new seasonal Party Crasher can spawn here too: The Reborn Pint-Sized Slasher
The spawn rate for this Party Crasher is also controlled by Bethesda, so we can only hope for the highest possible chance.
