Datamining: Summer Camp Challenges with Rewards (July 2023)
As already announced in the current community calendar. Will there be another challenge event in July, as you have already experienced several times. Most recently with the cold shoulder. This time under the name: Summer CAMP.
When does the Summer Camp Challenge take place?
According to the community calendar, the challenge will take place in July: 25.07.-08.08.2023
What are the requirements?
You need:
- Backpack (small or normal)
- Camera (Also see: Camera: The fastest way to get the ProSnap Deluxe camera )
All challenges must be completed with a backpack and the squirrel backpack skin. The skin will be released on 07/25. Appears for free in the Atom Shop.
The exact designation is: " Pioneer Scouts: Squirrel Backpack ". And this is what the backpack skin looks like:

It is interesting that 4 years after the introduction of the Boy Scouts in 2019 with Wild Appalachia, the squirrel rank is now appearing. Since Boy Scouts came into the game in 2019, there was already a squirrel banner in the camp build menu, but it could never be unlocked. In the Fallout Wiki, all squirrel items are listed under "Cut Content". The Boy Scout ranks are listed on the wiki with the Squirrel rank , but as "unavailable". After all, last season on board 12, there was the Boy Scout Uniform (Squirrel) at Rank 73 (Fallout 1st) . Apparently, the squirrel rank itself is not available in this context with the challenge, only this skin. Too bad actually.

According to the game files, all challenges are listed under "Event". So not under "Daily" or "Weekly" Challenge. If anything changes here, we'll update it here.

For the challenge " Summer Camp: Complete all Summer Camp Challenges (7) " you will receive this backpack flair:
The final reward for completing the challenge " Summer Camp: Complete all Summer Camp Challenges (10) " you will receive the new backpack mod: " Scrap Rat Mod "
The backpack mod " Scrap Rat Mod " reduces the weight of junk items by 90% . This backpack mod is even better than the "Pack Rat" perk under Strength, which reduces the weight of junk items to 3* by only 75%.
tips
- Jaggy is the scout leader staying at Camp Lewis (Scout camp in Toxic Valley).
- Of course, the best way to take a picture of the Blue Devil is at the event Safe and Sound or at Random Encounter points.
